2 In vain you rise early
and stay up late,
toiling for food to eat—
for he grants sleep to those he loves.

Everybody loves to quote Psalms 127:1. But in our modern day and age, where work seems to be the most important thing in our lives, it sometimes becomes a red badge of pride to compare how little rest we truly get. It is necessary to remember that God is the One who grants the harvest, and He’s the one who’s in charge of it all. In the old days, people considered evening the start of day, where we rested, and God did his work; Not so now, where sleep begins past midnight, and lasts for mere hours.
Trust God! Rest in his presence, and let him take care of all our fears and worries.
